Come and find refuge in this small country house to recharge your batteries in the middle of the forest, to get away from it all (hiking trails, restaurants, rivers, ponds...). Not far from major roads, it is located 35 minutes from Périgueux, and 10 minutes from Hautefort and Excideuil. Parking is available right next to the house and the garden is enclosed, which can be convenient if you want to bring your little canine companion. The house (60 m2) is on 2 floors + a mezzanine-bedroom.

Retaining all of its original charm and character this unique detached property has a stylish, and fresh interior. It is set in a secluded garden surrounded by beautiful French countryside. The Vézère Valley in the heart of the Dordogne hosts pre-historic caves & magnificent castles. We are a five minute drive of Le Bugue and within half an hour of Les Eyzies, Sarlat and Lascaux.

Large west-facing terrace, with garden furniture and dining table. Direct access to the large heated pool in season. Bathrobes and towels will accompany you to the spa (jacuzzi and sauna). Nous sommes très contents d'avoir réalise une nouvelle cabane au Domaine de Lalande-Laborie, tout proche de Montignac-Lascaux et ses fameuses grottes. Vous apprécieriez notre Cabane pour sa belle vue sur les forets et les prés et son intérieur tout confort et très accueillant ! La Cabane est climatisée et chauffée. Une vaste terrasse très agréable sur laquelle vous pourrez prendre votre apéritif & petit déjeuner, tout en contemplant la nature (milans, chevreuils, écureuils).

Between Brive-la-Gaillarde and Périgueux, 5 minutes from the motorway exit, quiet in a village with grocery store, restaurant, tennis, swimming pool (in season), 15 minutes from the Lascaux caves and many other sites (Sarlat, Hautefort, Les Eyzies, Vezere Valley,...). Country stone building, 2 bedrooms(be careful, access to the bedrooms is below and is via a small staircase of three steps) + convertible, recently renovated with terrace, ideal for families or 2 couples.

Le gîte "La Petite Maison", meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, où il est bon de passer du temps. Situé en pleine nature, au cœur du Périgord Vert, à seulement 3 min de Brantôme. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.
