Centrally located between Syracuse and Albany. 40 min to Cooperstown (1 hour to All Star Village). 15 min to Herkimer Diamond Mines. The house is equipped with a large eat-in kitchen and two private dining rooms with seating space for 14 guests. The main living room offers a custom feather down sectional accompanied by a beautiful chaise lounge and two wingback chairs. Head through the foyer and up the immaculate stairway to find four large bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

Within a ten to fifteen minute drive you can travel to Utica College, Hamilton college, SUNY Poly, and the up and coming Nano Center. This area is unique for many small family restaurants with many options for local shopping. A short drive away are day trip options including the Baseball Hall of Fame, Syracuse, and the Adirondacks.
