Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a brand new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Nur 3 Gehminuten trennen euch vom Moselufer und der charmanten Einkaufsstraße mit ihren Cafés und Restaurants. In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. The new bright bathroom has a rain shower and bath. You can relax in the small living room with TV. The kitchen with balcony, is fully equipped with an oven, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine and much more. Public transport, train station, downtown is in walking distance.
