We are 1 kilometer away from the nearest neighbor and the nearest supermarket is 6 kilometers away. This is not a luxury hostel, but if you are looking for absolute peace and a hiking paradise in the midst of the most beautiful nature, you have come to the right place! In the cold season, you MUST additionally heat with the fireplace!

Fantastic log cabin on the Rhine

In a quiet location with a beautiful view of the Rhine, the log cabin is located right next to the edge of the forest. With 130 m², there is enough space in a 3-room apartment and it offers a pleasant atmosphere with a fireplace. You can explore castles via hiking trails or by boat trips in the Middle Rhine Valley, which is known for the UNESCO World Heritage. All shops, supermarkets (REWE, Lidl), restaurants as well as tourist attractions and boat docks are easily reached on foot.

Cheerful colours and warm wood tones permeate this open and bright flat. When you wake up in the morning, the first rays of sunshine fall through the large windows and welcome the day. And when the weather is gloomy, just make yourself comfortable on the sofa next to the wood-burning stove. *Our apartment is on the first floor of a former farm in the tranquil Eifeldorf view near Monreal. The location on the outskirts offers peace and a fantastic view. It is ideal for families or hikers. A beautiful beech forest starts 100 m away. Many beautiful hiking trails and the Elztal bike path are also within easy reach: e.g. the Monrealer Ritterschlag or the Hochbermeler... Mayen, the Nürburgring, the Mosel, the Maare are quickly reached.

Our newly renovated log cabin covers approx. 50 sqm. It is free in the garden with a small meadow for our guests behind the hut. The log cabin includes a large, bright main room with kitchen dining table and sofa corner with TV, a high sleeping level with double bed, a terrace and of course a bathroom with shower. Terrace and the seating area in front of the hut are suitable for a cozy chat.

Whether a romantic or simply cozy weekend in pairs, with friends or with the family, this is the real house. It is located in the middle of woods and fields with only 2 more houses and a few halls in the neighborhood. Excursions to Elz Castle, Laacher See or Mosel are great.
