From here, all the sights and hiking trails of the Moselle are within easy reach. The wine culture typical of the Middle Moselle can be experienced in all its facets through numerous offers and events. Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. The place has direct access to numerous hiking trails and lots of nature. The old town is a 2-minute walk away, where there is a lot of history, delicious food and various wineries to explore. The Moselle riverbank is a 3-minute walk away with connections for boat trips or a few nice walks. Traben-Trarbach is a small paradise with lots of greenery and romantic flair. For bicycles, e-bikes, etc., there is a closed storage facility on the premises.

It has a separate entrance via an external staircase as well as a private roof terrace where you can enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning or end the day relaxed with a glass of wine. Quiet and close to the Moselle, you can reach the train station, gastronomy and shopping on foot.
