Modern, bright and comfortable studio flat in a new building (2020). Our 43 sqm luxury studio flat "FEWO 88" is located on the Traben side of Traben-Trarbach along the Mosel river bank. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, ventilation system, WiFi, Smart TV, king-size boxspring bed, sofa bed, river view, and elevator. The flat has its designated parking space. The multi-family building is completely barrier-free from parking lot to the flat.

Centrally located apartment near the Moselle

The 85 sqm apartment is on the 1st floor of a quiet house from the 1930s, just a few minutes and meters away from the Moselle, bike path, train, various shopping, tourist information, wine shop, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. Hiking enthusiasts will find wonderful and well-signposted trails on both sides of the Moselle. Bus and boat trips are also offered. Also recommended is a visit to the thermal baths, an outdoor pool open year-round with beautiful views of vineyards and forest.

Relax and enjoy everything the Moselle has to offer while staying in a unique, tranquil accommodation. An authentic apartment with original beam construction has been created in an old winery. Enjoy a delicious drink on the terrace with a beautiful view over the Moselle Valley. There are numerous beautiful hiking and biking routes, and the Erdener Treppchen is highly recommended for experienced hikers. Also, visit the many wineries and taste the local cuisine.

In der Nähe gibt es viele Weingüter und Wanderwege, darunter die Ruine Grevenburg mit atemberaubendem Moselblick. The apartment with 1 bedroom for up to 2 people (double bed) is located on the 2nd floor in a former winery. It is spacious, bright and fully furnished. Price : 50,- € for 2 people incl. Linens and towels. Each additional person €20.00. For larger groups, the studio can be booked via a staircase in the apartment with up to 4 more sleeping places (1 bed 140x200, 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed (per person €20 extra charge).

The apartment has one of the most beautiful balconies of the Middle Moselle. We also provide you with two electric bikes to explore our beautiful landscape.
