Tejo House, Vacation and Work

Apartment located in the center of Trafaria, restaurants, café, butcher, grocery store, buses and, most importantly, a direct boat to Lisbon (Belém) when going down the street from the building. Some parts of the ceiling are sloped! It's on the second floor, with no elevator. 2 Bedrooms, double bed and single bed, kitchen equipped with the necessary items, washing machine, iron, living/dining room, bathroom! The building is very quiet because it has few floors and older residents, 5 minutes from Costa da Caparica!

Fisherman's House - a boat ride from Lisbon

We recently recovered an old ruin in Trafaria, right by the Tejo river, with the help of Lisbon Architect Inês Brandão. The scenic Belém district lies just across the river, a short beautiful boat ride away. Stunning views and a quiet house with a private garden make this a prime location to enjoy the city of Lisbon, Trafaria's famous sea-food and fish restaurants on the river side, and the amazing coast of Caparica, a long sand beach that stretches over more than 20 km along the Atlantic ocean.

This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Elegant duplex inside modern condominium in the heart of Trafaria, a picturesque fishing village, located 7 minutes walk to the Tagus River and the ferry station to Lisbon and 25-minutes walk (5 minutes by car) from the beautiful sandy Atlantic beaches. On the ground floor a kitchen with a dining room with access to the terrace + toilet. On the 1st floor 1 suite with 2 single beds + 1 bathroom and in a separate area (divided by a curtain) a sofa that folds out into a bed for 2.
