Half-timbered house at the castle

Binding plant house from the 1700s in the middle of the old town of Nyborg. The house is restored with respect for the dignity of conservation, and it is like stepping into an H. C. Andersen adventure with modern facilities available. There are views of the moat, the library and the top of the castle from the living room windows, and in the courtyard you can relax under the shade of the cherry trees. On the same street is Nyborg Museum and bistro Apoli, and in the square the kids can dip their feet in the local fountain.

The farm is for those who need to relax in quiet surroundings. You will be surrounded by idyllic Danish countryside, with access to the beach. The farm is refurbished to the highest standards, with 7 rooms housing up to 14 adults, and in addition, there are beds for 4 children. For the little ones, there are 2 travel beds. The big attraction is our activity hall where we have just installed a professional pickle ball court. In addition, there is also a table tennis table. In the lounge, there is a cinema and pool table.

The holiday home with room for 6 people is bright and friendly with a combined living/dining room and a modern kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, stove and oven. The bathroom has a shower, underfloor heating and a washing machine. From the living room, there is access to a lovely south-facing terrace with an electric grill and garden furniture. The house's sleeping accommodations are divided into 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a 3/4 bed and a loft with 2 mattresses.

Bo ud over det sædvanlige med eksklusiv indretning og perfekt beliggenhed i centrum af byen. Villaen er gennemrenoveret i 2021 og indeholder bl.a. køkken, tre store opholdsrum, vinkælder, bordtennis og fitnesscenter. Der er desuden stort bryggers og legeværelse til børn. Haven er lukket og udstyret med havespil, trampolin samt møbleret loungeterrasse på 50 kvm. Gratis adgang til offentlig pool ved Odense Havnebad (1,5 km walk). Netflix, TV2 Play. Forsigtighed omkring brug af møbler.

NOTE! The house has not been properly set up for rent in here and there are, among other things, a lot of pictures missing. We primarily rent out the guest room in the basement. But you are welcome to write if it is in your interest. Lovely light and spacious cabin of 30m2 with large sun terrace, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. The cabin has a kitchen family room with sofa, dining area for 6 people and sun terrace with garden furniture, barbecue and 2 sun loungers. When staying at the cottage, you have free access to all the amenities of the place. There are duvets and pillows, but you must bring your own linens, towels, and dish towels. Alternatively, it is possible to purchase linen package with bath towel.
