Centrally located, walking distance to shops, restaurants and cafes as well as nature hikes. Bus stop is a 2 min walk, with buses going straight to Budapest. Budapest is about a 10 min ride/drive.

There are tools available for outdoor grilling and games as basketball, ping pong, and badminton. On the ground floor you can find the american kitchen, and living room with a sofa bed for two persons. Upstairs there is a bedroom with two beds, which can be extended with 2 guest beds if it's needed.

The house is located in the Nivegy Valley, surrounded by vineyards, 7 km away from Lake Balaton. The terrace of the house mostly overlooks the vineyards. The house comes with a 45 m2 terrace equipped with a 6m2 sunshade. Parking is possible in the garden belonging to the house. Inside the house, you'll find a refrigerator, electric stove, Lavazza coffee maker (with complimentary capsules), toaster, kettle, air conditioning, and unlimited WiFi.
