Lake Balaton is within 11 kms, approximately a 15 minute drive from the house. The house is accessable via a mud road.

Berky Kuria, old, sophisticated mansion is situated in the Hills of Tolna, in the village of Nagykónyi. We reconstructed it to create a perfect place to spend valuable time with our families and friends. We provide accommodation for up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms and offer entertainment in spacious common areas. In summertime in the garden you can relax in a 5*10 meter long swimming pool or explore the scenic neighborhood. In high season minimum 3 nights stay, in off season weekends: 2 nights.

Bamboo Garden House

Zen Varázs Malom-tónál, aranyhalas patak parton, sétányra nyíló kertben, hol szőlő, füge, körte termett, kis házikót építettem. Tetejét cseréppel, falait fával fedtem, s szépen berendeztem. "Bambuszerdő" mellett izzó faparázson vacsorát süthettek, egy jó kancsó borral, finom falatokkal asztalhoz ülhettek. Hintaágyban ringatózva, patak csobogását, madár csacsogását hallgassátok, csillagok állását, Nap, Hold járását bámuljátok! A tavat körbesétáljátok! Remélem elvarázsol! 😉

The view extends to the "Neckenmarkter Gebirge" and the property goes up to the tracks on which the Sonnenland draisines are traveling. On the terrace, you can enjoy life with a coffee creation that you can get for free from the coffee machine. What more could you ask for?

Small tiny house with everything you need and air conditioning. The available resources should be handled carefully! Bathroom with 50 l hot water boiler. Kitchen with fridge/freezer, small oven, 2 hotplates, kettle, coffee maker. Bedroom with bunk bed /160 cm wide. Including large storage space. Kitchen-living room with sofa bed. Private access/parking. Garden unfinished and in progress but no noise. In case of any questions, we are always happy to help.
