Holiday rentals with a patio in Transdanubia

The apartment is great, very modern, quiet, spotlessly clean, elevator, nice rooms, balcony, etc. I wish there had been a microwave and a tea towel/dish towel to dry the dishes, but other than that, all perfect. Barbi was lovely, very professional and responsive. The apartment is about a 25 min Metro or bus ride to Budapest's main sites and a Lidl Supermarket is a 6 min walk away.

Great location and peaceful neighbourhood. Bright and cozy aparment, exactly like on photos. Has everything you need for a short stay. Pearsonally, I would appreciate a couple of extra towels, but I wouldn't say this is a minus. Parking place in the garage is a big plus. Easy and pleasant communication with Andrea.

This place was very beautiful, with a good location, nearby the centre and nature. It was a wonderful time in Zagreb and we really enjoyed it.

A lovely apartment, everything we needed for our 5 night stay with our two young daughters (5 and 2). Transport from the airport was arranged for us and instructions to get into the building and apartment were clear and simple. Very spacious, clean and bright, exactly like the pictures, the second bedroom is actually bigger than it looks. Brilliant location, minutes from the metro which takes you to the inner city, Lidl around the corner, playgrounds a street away in either direction, restaurants including a lovely vegan place also within 5 minutes. As it is in a city, there is noise to be expected even late at night, which couldn't be heard as much with the windows closed, however we had to have all of the windows permanently open as the central heating in the apartment made it too hot and could not be altered or turned off. The oven door also does not open more than half way. But despite these few faults, still a lovely stay, fully supplied, and helpful hosts.

We were very happy with the rental. The apartment is located in an old apartment block from the early 60s (maybe even earlier) and is a real small architectural museum, because many of the elements are still original.

A very cozy apartment in a perfect location in the centre of Budapest, with easy access to public transport and areas of interest. Bence was a very helpful host that helped facilitate our trip! I recommend it!

Great place. Ivana replies quickly, and she is very flexible and communicative. The house was very clean, the apartment is new, beautifully decorated. There is everything you need. We also appreciate the self-check-in, because we arrived at the apartment very late. The area is safe, private parking. I recommend it to everyone, both the apartment and the host. Thank you!

We stayed with two little kids at Tomislav's place and it was absolutely delightful. The place is a leisurely walk away from Maksimir park, there's lots to do in the area, and the city is generally well-connected with public transport. The hosts were incredibly communicative, super easygoing and helpful. We'll definitely return when we're back in Zagreb.

Great place to stay with family with all necessary amenities. Quiet surrounding and only short walk from lake.

We spent 6 wonderfully relaxed and beautiful days here and enjoyed the house with garden to the fullest! The private sauna is a real highlight, as is the cozy window sill from which we liked to watch the sunsets. If you are looking for a quiet relaxing retreat with great surroundings, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the place as a group of three and found it perfect for a group - in our case, everyone even had their own room! If you want to cook 'at home', you also have a super equipped kitchen and especially in warm weather you are very cozy in the yard. Only in bad weather I could imagine that a cozy living room is missing (sofa is on the edge in the kitchen). Otherwise everything is fine!

Totally great. A fantastic view. Completely private. Even our car was locked in a private shade place! I've never been anywhere so private. The host speaks English. Fine beds, shower and washing machine. The detergent also smelled wonderful. Really a great stay. Multiple outdoor seating, a torch to chase mosquitoes away, air conditioning, super ordinary.

We stayed just for one night, but it was so peaceful I'd consider the place for 'work from home while away' :)

We had a lovely time there and made great trips to Bratislava, Vienna and Budapest.

Nice and cosy place! Had a really good stay - comfortable, and the facilities were great. The location was also very convenient, with walking distance to the city centre. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area. Nice terrace and proactive host!

I highly recommend Tamás place. It is super close to transportation and the attractions on the Buda side. You walk 3 minutes to see the parliament in front, highly recommended at night. The place was clean, and communication was proactive, fast, and clear. The apartment is well equipped including the kitchen.

The apartment is in a great location – just a few minutes’ walk from the city center, which was super convenient. The only thing to be aware of is the parking space. It’s quite small and narrow, so if you're driving a larger SUV or caravan, parking might be a bit tricky. Other than that, everything was great!
