The house is completely outfitted with everything that might be required to make a stay one to remember. All kitchen conveniences are available, from a dishwasher, Ice & coffee makers, to all the pans and bowls required for cooking. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, and 140 sq. meters.

At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Situated right next to the lake Balaton, we are 5 min walking distance from the popular Silver beach, wich is free of charge. 10 min from Kálmán Imre mall where you can enjoy many restaurants as well as other amusements. From 3 minutes walk, across the elictric railroad tracks you can find a supermarket, a pharmacy and the well known Öreg Halász restaurant.
