This home was absolutely made for entertaining family and friends with the big beautiful kitchen, picturesque back yard, giant pool, huge outdoor patio, bar, and a giant open living room featuring a 4K HDTV. This is a great space for a bridal party, tasteful bachelor or bachelorette gathering, anniversary dinner, family reunion, ladies groups or birthday celebration! This is no cookie cutter house in a sea of suburbs, it's a real central Texas home full of character and charm and has been furnished exclusively for your comfort and enjoyment. House was totally remodeled in 2017 and furnished with a pleasant spa like interior. We put a lot of effort into making it clean, bright and luxurious but still comfortable and fun. We're a 3 miles drive to Rabb House, 2.5 miles to Old Settler's Park & Dell Diamond or Dell Round Rock. There's a bus stop at the end of the street that runs between Round Rock and Austin and Uber & Lyft are available. We recently enlarged the hall bathroom door to a 32" opening to increase accessibility. Downtown Round Rock has lots of great bars & eateries. Located approx 15-20 from downtown Austin or Domain. Visitors looking for exercise or time outdoors can explore Round Rock via nearby trail system that runs along Brushy Creek.

We are 15 minutes from almost everything and in the heart of the wedding and winery venues. Uber and Lyft are available.The Hill Country Galleria is an incredible shopping and dining destination. Tex Mex, Italian, Mexican Parrila, Fine Dining, casual Dining, all within 15 minutes. Of course you are welcome to prepare your own food in the fully equipped full kitchen. A side note: we have a family of wild turkeys that visit the property, as well as abundant wildlife. We also free range our 3 chickens and 3 dusks named Larry, Curley and Mo. We also have 3 female Longhorn, Toodles, Daisy and Clarabell. The manicured property is located on a private, 13-acre hobby ranch on the border of Dripping Springs and Austin. Walk down to Barton Creek or visit the longhorns in the pastures. Evenings are magical on the expansive porch; very romantic. Dripping Springs is a dark skies community so on a clear night you can enjoy some amazing star gazing.

Mid-Century Mod Treehouse near Zilker Park

My place is clean, modern, private, light and furnished with attention to detail and design. It's close to Barton Springs & Zilker Park, ABGB, Soup Peddler - Real Food & Juice Bar, Gourdough's, Papalote, Phoenicia, Broken Spoke, Torchy's, Red's Porch, Kerbey Lane, Matt's El Rancho, Patika Cafe, Bouldin Creek Cafe, Wheatsville, Maria's. You’ll love the views into the trees, the location, the ambiance, the quiet near the action. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (but not child-proof). The kitchen opens into the dining area and living room, and there are two separate bedrooms. The interior space is 750 sf, and the back deck is roughly 280 sf. The large sliding glass doors in both the living room and one of the bedrooms lend an indoor-outdoor living atmosphere, adding space and the feeling of being up in the trees. My place is the back unit in a duplex. It's very private and quiet, set off from the street. I'm easy to reach via Airbnb messaging, email or phone, happy to offer local tips. And of course I'm available should anything come up during your stay, as is the housekeeper. Listen to the quietness of this green and hilly neighborhood, close to Zilker Park and Barton Springs. Alternatively, head for nearby South Lamar, which is loaded with restaurants, shops, cinemas, and cafes—there's plenty to do right nearby. My place is two blocks from a bus stop (on South Lamar that goes to Barton Springs, Bouldin Creek, downtown, etc.). 3 NIGHT MINIMUM OCTOBER 9–16 (during ACL Fest).

Charming and Unique 1920s Loft

Laundry room, free washer and dryer in laundry room off of carport. We are always available via text message , email or phone. The studio is located in a quiet neighborhood with great restaurants, shops and grocery stores within walking distance. It is just far enough to escape the noise of downtown and close enough to enjoy all Austin has to offer in a matter of minutes. One covered parking space and street parking. Small animals are ok, no attack dogs, under 20 pounds. Please pickup after.
