The large basement apartment offers two open spaces for real relaxation. In the morning, watch the cranes over the espresso or greet the fox by the glass of cool wine in the evening, all included. It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.

Life on the pony farm

The vacation rental is located right in the middle of our four-sided farm. When you step out the front door, you are right in the green inner courtyard. Our tenants and guests like to meet at the large wooden table for barbecuing, chatting, playing table tennis or drinking after-work beer. In winter, the action then shifts to the conservatory and the fireplace.

A small and very cozy apartment in the Nuthe-Nieplitz Nature Park with good connections to Potsdam and Berlin. The 2-room apartment is located in the basement of a semi-detached house, is 40 square meters, has been completely renovated, with a separate entrance, a small terrace and a beautiful view of the garden, which of course can be used.
