Independent entrance, equipped kitchenette, plus kettle, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, separate shower room and toilet. 20 minutes from Saint Malo and the beaches (Saint-Briac-sur-Mer, Saint-Lunaire-sur-Mer), and 40 minutes from Mont-Saint-Michel

Come and enjoy this comfortable 120 m2 furnished apartment with your family or friends ALL YEAR ROUND, with its PRIVATE indoor pool accessible 24 hours a day directly from the living room. Pool heated YEAR-ROUND to 28°C, equipped with a bench. Located 10 minutes from Dinan and 30 minutes from St-Malo and Dinard. Complete equipment: Wi-Fi, large 140 cm TV, all necessary appliances. Linens and towels provided (beds made before your arrival). No bath towels for the pool.
