In our comfortable guest house, everything is walking distance. The Old City and its crowded rush is just 5min walking from the apartment. The free parking spot is available upon request, otherwise it is just across the apartment, available for hourly, daily or weekly ticket. The peace and quiet and yet in the centre of Dubrovnik, will be more than you need. We created a little private spa on the terrace, with hot tub and sauna. Bakery, grocery shop and coffee bar are just below the guest house.

The space is complimented with a private balcony w sea view where you can enjoy your breakfasts or have a glass of wine in the evening.

U blizini se nalaze trgovine (5min), plaže (10 min) i autobusna stanica (5 min) sa koje idete u Stari Grad. Luka Gruž je također blizu(10 min) iz koje redovno, brodicama, idete na jednodnevne izlete na obližnje otoke, Elafite, Mljet, Korčulu.... Dođite i uvjerite se i sami da smo mali ali posebni.

This freestanding property is situated in the middle of beautiful and tranquil garden just 10-15 minutes walking distance from Old town. Down the street there is a big free paking, and next to the parking you can find a super market where you can buy verything you might need during your holidays. For young couples and independent travelers, we are very happy to offer a cozy guest house with a large double sofa bed, a wardrobe and a separate bathroom with shower and kitchen. There's a parking space. A wonderful view of the mountains covered with green forests, a huge sky and white houses with tiled buckets in the distance to feel at home in the Adriatic. The location of the house can be found on Google maps called Villa Nina.

Gothic apartment is located in the quite area in the park of Šipanska Luka. Just 30 meters far from the sea .Apartment is air-conditioned and feature a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchenette and a private bathroom with a shower and towels. Gothic apartmenr offers a private balcony with a seating area with the view of the sea and nature. Free Wi-Fi is available.
