The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

We renovated our basement apartment in 2020 and refurbished it with a lot of love for detail. Our apartment is a non-smoking apartment, pets are not allowed.

You have a king-size box spring bed with 180x200cm at your disposal, as well as a sofa bed, which can accommodate another two guests on a lying area of 140x200cm. Both are located in a living and sleeping area of more than 35 square meters.

The bathroom consists of a toilet, sink and bathtub. Downtown and the university are about 15 min. walk. Bus station is 50 m away.

As Christians, hospitality is a matter of course.

The apartment is located on the roof of a multi-story house and therefore offers a detached living situation. The host and his family live directly below the apartment on the fourth floor. Nice and cozy 2-room-apartment in the middle of Rheinhessen with an amazing view over the vineyards. Apartment got a modern sleeping room with a double bed incl. a flat screen. Breakfast with fresh buns, jam, cheese, joghurt and coffee/tea is included.
