Green Apartment Catania, few steps from Cathedral.

The living room is equipped with Smart TV 55" with all streaming plattforms and a selection of Italian, English and french books. The Kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils to hopefully meet your every need. The bedrooms with the characteristic vaulted roofs are equipped with double windows to eliminate any external noise, memory foam beds and charging stations for electronic devices. The winter garden is the gem of the house, a wonderful green oasis where you can relax. Near all the most important services such as pharmacies, supermarkets, restaurants, trattorias, bars and pubs in the historic center, our apartment is an ideal solution to enjoy a peaceful corner while being in the center of Catania nightlife. ROOMS The sleeping area has been designed to make your stay as pleasant and relaxing as possible. Each room is equipped with modern fixtures, a very comfortable memory foam double bed and a queen-size sofa bed. In addition, each guest will have a workstation for recharging their electronic devices. LIVING ROOM In our spacious and welcoming living area, you can relax reading one of the many books made available for our guests or watch movies and TV series in the 55 "Smart TV, equipped with terrestrial channels and digital" Fire TV "support that will allow you to access to popular streaming platforms like Prime Video, Netflix, Infinity and DAZN. KITCHEN: Our kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and utensils to meet your every need: stove, refrigerator, oven, coffee maker, kettle, scale, toaster and iron. La casa Alcova è all’interno di villa Lionti insieme ad altre 5 case, tutte disponibili sul sito Airbnb. Dormirai in un'alcova del 1700 con affreschi, pareti decorate e mobili di pregio, tappeti, patio privato, all'interno di una fattoria fortificata del 1700 in pietra lavica Avendo deciso di effettuare un "restauro conservativo/filologico" alcuni dettagli come pavimenti, pitture, finiture delle pareti, porte, finestre, appaiono "rustici/rurali" rispetto agli standard odierni.
