Charming house in the heart of Perros-Guirec

Ar penty is a haven of peace in the heart of the pretty town of Perros Guirec, all shops and restaurants are between 5 and 10 minutes' walk and the two beaches as well as the port are 15/20 minutes' walk. You have a panoramic view of the sea at the end of the street as well as the coastal path. It's a good place to stay, it's comfortable and cozy with two bedrooms (2 double beds) 2 toilets, 1 bathroom, a beautiful kitchen and a warm living room overlooking a nice and quiet landscaped exterior.

Serge and Barbara welcome you to their renovated and fully equipped guesthouse, situated in a tranquil location but just a short walk from the village shops, very close to the GR34 hiking path, the beach and the cliffs of Plouha and within easy reach of the ports and beaches of the Goëlo coast. Your pets are also welcome. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings made on behalf of a third party: the person who makes the booking must be part of the group being hosted.

the pool is open from April to November 15 and heated to 28 degrees, its use is shared it is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Located near Paimpol, it is a small house located 300 meters from the sea and the beach in a quiet and rural environment. 4**** labeled furnished tourism 2022 . Ty brao is 900m from the 1st beach , 2 minutes drive from the Royal Beach and Gr 34 but also 4 minutes from Trestel Beach, 5 minutes from the village . Lively hub with restaurants, Ty gwen pizzeria⭐️⭐️⭐️, surf school... organic bakery. Les filles du bord de mer, bar. Our timber-framed cottage with its large bay windows on a large wooded plot offers a beautiful sea view. We don't receive pets.

The 70 m² independent house has 2 floors with on the ground floor, a spacious living room overlooking 2 outdoor terraces that are not overlooked. Off-season, the wood stove is very popular, when returning from seaside walks (very close). Parking is private and as close as possible to the house.
