You will discover its magnificent monumental fireplace and you will fall in love with this authentic building, steeped in history with all modern comforts in the heart of a beautiful 3-hectare park with its pond just a 15-minute walk from the historic center or 3 minutes by free bus.

Many hidden spots are less than 10 minutes drive from the house and for those who love hiking, you will find the hiking trail just behind it (GR34). It will lead you to breathtaking views of the magnificient coastal landscapes. Trégon is a charming small village located at the end of Beaussais Bay (1,2 km).

A haven of peace in St-Briac, between sea and countryside

Between sea and countryside, our vacation home is a quiet and pleasant place, located close to Frémur, 1 km from the beaches, the village and its shops. Recently renovated, fully equipped (sheets, towels and cleaning included) our 100 m2 house offers 3 bedrooms (sleeps 5), a bright living room extended by a south-facing terrace, an equipped kitchen, all surrounded by a large garden. Three bikes are available to enjoy the facilities of St Briac.

You are literally on the beach: the living room bay window overlooks the sand. Unique panoramic sea view. Looking for an exceptional location with stunning views, this family home is for you! Equipped house, capacity for 1 to 7 people. 2 nights min in low season, 5 nights in July/August. We were unable to retrieve the previous reviews (4.9/5 with 403 rentals) but are committed to guaranteeing you the best experience!

Beachfront caravan

Trailer built by us with aesthetics inspired by a submarine. Equipped with a double bed on the mezzanine (access by ladder) and 2 benches that can be used as extra beds for 2 children. Please note: - pond nearby = real danger for small children! - not accessible to PRM - dry toilets - shower cubicle - equipped kitchen - beach 10-minute walk (11 beaches on the peninsula)

Romantic storytelling house

This is an old outbuilding where cider was made, completely renovated on 36m2 on the ground with a floating mezzanine floor. The accommodation is independent and offers all the modern comforts of a current home with all the useful equipment. The private park of more than 5000m2 is accessible to travelers who can also go see the goats and sheep in their enclosure.
