We welcome guests to the renovated basement floor, which is about 60 m2, in our old villa from 1929. There is underfloor heating, fireplace, TV, shower, sauna, bathtub, Nespresso, microwave, Wi-Fi and private entrance through carport and workshop. Note: No kitchen. In the bedroom, there is a 160 cm bed and in the TV room, a sofa bed (140 cm) You are welcome to be in the garden, which has a patio in the corner. Because there are stairs down, it is not wheelchair accessible. There is free parking on the street but date parking.

‘Havsnära’ Guest House

Sit back and relax in this peaceful, stylish property, located less than 100 metres from the sea. From the first Sunday in June to mid-September, there is a bathing jetty right next to the property. The beach is about 1 km away. Perfect for a few days of relaxation. 25 m², with a bathroom, 3 beds and a small kitchenette with two hob rings, where simple meals can be prepared. For golf enthusiasts, the golf course is 1.7 km away. Bed linen and towels are not included, but can be added for SEK 200

The house is 300 yards from Kämpinge sandy beach and about 1.2 miles from Höllviken city center, where there are both food and clothing stores and many nice restaurants to choose from. Driving distance to many nice golf courses, and about 3 minutes' walk away is a bus stop that takes you into central Malmö with all its possibilities. The house is fully equipped and furnished. Bed linens and towels are included in the accommodation.
