Loft with large windows overlooking the porch (300 sqm) and the park enclosed by ancient walls. I furnished it with passion, creating a mix of various eras, thus obtaining an original, welcoming and comfortable style. A space deliberately out of time! Ideal if you love the real Lombard countryside. I've lived here since 1995.

The flat offers for shared use its wide open spaces immersed in the Tignale countryside and away from the crowds .

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.

The modern apartment "Nonno Bigi Rosa" is located in a farmhouse in Tremosine sul Garda municipality on the northwestern shore of Lake Garda and is only a short drive from the waterfront. The 45m² apartment consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
