Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Start your excursions right outside the front door into the surrounding nature and explore the beautiful Altmühl Valley. Hiking, cycling, canoeing as well as city trips - there is something for everyone!

Quiet, idyllically located vacation home for the entire family including pets. Our vacation home invites you to relax and unwind from everyday life on a total of 600 square meters incl. garden area. The house is situated in an idyllic village on the edge of the forest. The nearest town is 2 km away. There you will find a local baker and butcher with regional offers. The next major cities are Amberg (15 km) and Sulzbach-Rosenberg (11 km). There you will find several large shopping opportunities.

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung am ruhigen Ortsrand, ideal gelegen für Ausflüge nach Dinkelsbühl (ca. 6 km) und Rothenburg ob der Tauber (ca. 36 km). Direkt an der Natur gelegen, bietet sie den perfekten Ort zum Abschalten, Entspannen und Durchatmen. Die Wohnung verfügt über 3 Schlafzimmer (Betten: 2× 160×200 cm, 1× 180×200 cm). Zusätzlich lässt sich das Sofa im Wohnzimmer mit nur einem Knopfdruck in eine bequeme Schlafcouch verwandeln – ideal für weitere Gäste oder einen gemütlichen Filmabend.

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. In sunshine, the highlight is of course the huge natural garden, whether on the terrace under the walnut tree or in the deck chair on the meadow

In addition, it offers an optimal location for cyclists and hikers who can recharge their batteries along the natural stream. The Landhaus Konrad is furnished with attention to detail in a romantic style. The equipment is of the highest comfort.

Cozy little vacation home in romantic Middle Franconia. Just 8 km from Dinkelsbühl, the most beautiful old town in Germany. Here you have the perfect base for excursions e.g. to Dinkelsbühl, Feuchtwangen, Rothenburg or the Franconian Lake District. Legoland (about 110 km) and the Playmobil Funpark (about 70 km) are also easily accessible. Important note for workers/fitters: Maximum occupancy of 3 people Unfortunately no pets are allowed!!

We rent our spacious non-smoking guest room in the newly converted attic of our house, with anteroom, shower/toilet, cable TV, kitchenette (kettle), coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. We provide dishes, but there is no possibility to cook. Suitable for up to 4 adults. A crib is available on request. Shopping, Titania swimming pool and public transportation nearby.

Cozy original small house for 1-8 people with central heating and tiled stove. Close to Playmobil Funpark 7 min). The Nuremberg trade fair is about 30 minutes by car. Beautiful forest - mountain biking, climbing forest, adventure playground, wild boar enclosure, observation tower, many playgrounds,... Pure nature around the corner (4-minute walk) and much more!

The quiet cottage is on the edge of the woods near a residential estate. There are many leisure opportunities because the cottage is located between the "Altmühltal" and the "Fränkischen Seenland" so you can do many different trips. Because of the quiet and peaceful location of our cottage we decided not to install WiFi so our guest can take time out.
