Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

At the foot of the picturesque Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg, our lovingly furnished vacation home is nestled in a quiet residential area, directly adjacent to the deer enclosure. Our place is within walking distance of Colmberg Castle and Colmberg Golf Course. The 95 square meter solid house has a comfortable living room, a dining room, a fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilet and 2 double rooms on the first floor. Renovated farm from 1890 with huge garden

Welcome to our vacation home, which we also use ourselves. Our aim in the complete renovation last year was to combine form, function and sustainability. We are very excited for you to discover the vacation home for yourself. My highlight in the house is the spacious living area where you can also sit comfortably with large groups. Rohrachhof

The Rohrachhof is an old Jurabauernhaus from the year 1750. It captivates with an open truss and lime plaster, which leads to a special indoor climate. Tradition and modernity come together here, so in addition to a new kitchen and a new bathroom, the apartment also has amenities such as underfloor heating. In front of the house there are two horses, these can be observed through the windows. A dream, not just for the kids! The apartment is designed for max. 6 adults.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis with direct access to the forest. Our vacation home is located directly in the Franconian lake district near Lake Altmühlsee and Lake Brombachsee. It has a sauna with steam, bio sauna or Finnish sauna to choose from. The kitchen is fully equipped, and if you don't want to cook yourself, you can book a chef to prepare your meals. In the winter, a cozy tiled stove is also available for your use. The house has 2 floors.

Apartment Blumenwiese for 2-3 people

The holiday apartment is located on the upper floor (elevator available) of our holiday home. The courtyard may be used for grilling, sitting together, and lingering. We are in the Altmühltal Nature Park. Bieswang is a small district of Pappenheim, so you are in a quiet, rural area. Shopping is available in Bieswang directly (butcher, vegetables, egg house), as well as in the surrounding towns and cities such as Pappenheim, Treuchtlingen & Eichstätt.
