The holiday apartment is located in a 120-year-old brick carriage house. It offers an unobstructed view to the south, across the Havelland. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen–diner with a sofa bed, a terrace, and a private garden. On the first floor, you will find the bedroom, a balcony with panoramic views, and the bathroom with a welcoming shower. Floor area (excluding outdoor facilities): 40 m². Bedding and towels are included. The adjoining loft (45 m²) can also be rented. Three additional persons can be accommodated there.

In addition to the studio, you can use the garden with barbecue, garden furniture, air mattresses, SUPs & rental bikes. I live in the house on the upper floor. Only 10 minutes by regional train & bus to Potsdam! Also perfect for cycling around the lake on the Europaweg & to Sanssouci Palace. Everything your heart desires is in the room for your well-being. Beds with linen, bathroom with towels & kitchen are fully equipped.

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.
