The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Apartment Lora 4*

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

BELLEVUE APARTMENTS DRAMALJ - A2

Our house is located in the peaceful part of Dramalj, near the main road Jadranska magistrala, what makes it very easy to find. Also, the uninterrupted beautiful sea view, which you can enjoy from our apartment and every corner of the garden and terraces, will transfer you to a vacation mode ASAP. Nearest beachs (rocks/pebbles, larger rock fragments ) are only 10-15minutes walk from the house, but, return could take a bit longer up hill :). There is a parking lot close to the beach also.

Stone villa with swimming pool

This stone villa was built in 1893. and renovated in 2021. It consists of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and it can accommodate up to 6 persons. On the groundfloor there is kitchen with a dining area. On the first floor there is spacious living room with TV, 2 bathrooms and 1 bedroom. 2 bedrooms are in the loft. There is a small gym in the groundfloor with bathroom. Outdoors you will find a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue, dining area and a Jacuzzi in the middle of the garden.

Traditional Mediterranean House (isolated village)

House in the middle of an old peaceful village at the bottom of mountains with a lovely view on beautiful Kvarner bay. House is 10 minutes of driving from closest beach and in proximity to islands of Krk, Cres and Rab. Several nationals parks like Brijuni, Risnjak and Plitvice lakes are within 1-2 hours of driving. Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.
