The apartment is located on the outskirts and very well connected to the cycling and hiking network. Excursion destinations such as the Zoo Hof, the Untreusee with climbing park, other bathing options, Hof's city centre, and the Deutsch-Deutsche Museum Mödlareuth can be reached quickly and easily. Our cozy basement apartment is located between the Franconian Forest and the Fichtel Mountains - perfect for all nature lovers and active vacationers. By bike you can reach the local recreation area Untreusee in just 10 minutes, where various outdoor activities are possible. In winter, the region offers numerous skiing opportunities on the nearby Kornberg or Ochsenkopf with various slopes for all levels or the Klinovec ski area, a little further away, but with a variety of slopes.

Pedestrian zone and train station are each only a few minutes walk away. The loft has a kitchenette, a queen-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a free-standing bathtub as well as a floor-level shower. The ceiling spotlights can be adjusted in color to create an individually cozy ambiance for bathing.

A special neighborhood for self-catering in the Fichtelgebirge holiday region: in the romatic circus wagon from 1926 overlooking the Egertal. Quite in nature, with lots of wood, a cozy cuddle, an ideal retreat for one or two. The shower is located in a separate bathing wagon with sink, composting toilet and shower.
