Not only our environment benefits from the creative upcycling idea, but you do too. The tiny house offers you everything you expect from a modern micro house on 26 m². Welcome to our newly renovated and lovingly furnished apartment on the outskirts of Karbach. Karbach is located at the edge of the Spessart near the Main, only 5 km away from Marktheidenfeld, where you will find all the shops for your daily needs. With about 50 m² of living space, the apartment offers enough space for a maximum of 3 people, ideal for commuters, business customers and holiday guests.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The tiny house/mobile home is located on the outskirts of Trennfeld and offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. It is located within walking distance of the Main and a beautiful quarry lake with swimming facilities. In addition, excursions to the Spessart or the historic old town of Wertheim, Homburg Castle on the Main, etc. are possible, and there are various hiking opportunities.

Wunderschöne geräumige Ferienwohnung  für die ganze Familie Die 3-Zimmer-Wohnung (für 1 bis 8 Personen) ist im ersten Obergeschoss und hat einen separaten Eingang.  Die Wohnung hat ca. 95 m², mit einer Terrasse mit ca. 45 m² und einem Balkon mit 6 m². Haustiere sind bei uns herzlich willkommen. Für jedes Tier berechnen wir eine einmalige Gebühr von 70 € pro Tier.

Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.
