The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment in the attic is a new building and has good thermal insulation. The connection to the city center is by various bus lines (free on Saturdays) or a walk of approx. 30 minutes. Shopping (Aldi, Denn's, Edeka, dm, bakeries, butchers, Sparkasse, pharmacy) are within walking distance in a few 100 meters. Extensive discoveries in the field and forest can start after a few minutes walk.

The tiny house/mobile home is located on the outskirts of Trennfeld and offers sleeping accommodations for 4 people. It is located within walking distance of the Main and a beautiful quarry lake with swimming facilities. In addition, excursions to the Spessart or the historic old town of Wertheim, Homburg Castle on the Main, etc. are possible, and there are various hiking opportunities.

The spacious apartment is located in the beautiful wine village of Erlenbach directly below the vineyards and offers a good start for long walks. Both Aschaffenburg and Würzburg can be reached quickly within 30 minutes. Due to the highway connection to the A3 only 10 minutes away, the apartment is very suitable for travelers.

Great for Families or for People who need a real break from the city, maybe just with a friend- no internet- just the fire-place, a good wine and good talk, or hot chocolate and a nice fairytale. (we sell our own game- to make it even more authentic).

The cottage is located in a little place on the edge of the Spessarts. 3 rooms are available on two floors. The nearest supermarket (with bakery) and pharmacy are about 300 meters (walking) minutes away. There is an outdoor swimming pool or a lake about 1 km away. A large children's playground is 200 meters away.

Beautiful spacious apartment  for the whole family The 3-room apartment (for 1 to 8 people) is on the first floor and has a separate entrance.  The apartment has about 95 m², with a terrace with approx. 45 m² and a balcony with 6 m². Pets are welcome here. We charge a one-time fee of €70 per animal.
