Welcome to Villa Bad Bertrich. The villa is quietly located just outside the centre of this well-known spa town and offers beautiful views of the mountains and the Üeß. Renovated in 2022, it has several balconies, a garden and various outdoor areas to relax. Despite the peaceful setting, everything is close by: a bakery, cafés, restaurants, parks and the famous sauna complex are just a 2-minute walk away. Hiking trails start right outside the house. The Moselle is about a 7-minute drive away

This is the ideal place for a family gathering, or for groups of colleagues or yoga practicioners. While the kids play on the inhouse playground, the parents can cook or sit around the fire place. Or have some "me time" in their own large bedroom. With good weather you can gather in the large garden or around the private pool. The focus of the renovation was on preserving the original building fabric, as well as using natural building materials.
