Close to the city and in the middle of a 1200 square meter property with beds and trees, under which our small flock of chickens and rooster Hugo are at home.

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

The "Residence at the Kaiserthermen", built in 2017, is located just a few minutes from the center of Trier. A tastefully well-equipped small and quaint apartment, about 21 sqm in size. Accessibility from the apartment: all (historical) attractions of and within the city center (about 7 min walk), bus stop to the University of Trier (50m), the Academy of European Law (5 min walk), bus line 303 to Luxembourg (about 7 min walk), shopping (2km walk or into the city center).

Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The bright, open floor plan leaves plenty of room for cooking together, game and TV evenings or just relaxing with a delicious glass of Mosel wine. The historic city center is within walking distance or by city bus. The bus stop is just 30 meters away.

My place is located in the quiet district of Auf der Weissmark, in the immediate vicinity of the local recreation and nature reserve Mattheiser Weiher. Downtown is 4 km away, there is a very good bus connection. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has its own lockable entrance. A private car parking space is located right in front of the house. The small daylight bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink.
