It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Wir bieten ein schönes, neuwertiges und gemütliches Ferienhaus in Trier an. Die rund 120qm großen Räumlichkeiten der Villa Feyen mit 4 Schlafzimmern ( 1 davon ist unser Reserveschlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß, ohne Badewanne ) und 3 vollausgestatteten Bädern bieten Ihnen für bis zu 8-9 Personen Platz. Es gibt einen unverbauten Blick zum Feyener Wald und teilweise zur Stadt. Die 3 Schlafzimmer haben jeweils ein Badezimmer, Dusche und WC. Außerdem im Haus gibt es noch eine Gäste WC.

We are renting a beautiful former farmhouse, which was renovated in 2021/22. The detached single-family house (100 square meters) can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for families, hikers and all those looking for peace, nature and relaxation or want to play golf. In the immediate vicinity - 3 km from the vacation home - is the Lietzenhof golf course. On the 18-hole course in extensive grounds, you can switch off and enjoy the unique natural landscape.

The cozy detached house Tropica (72 square meters) invites you to switch off and linger. In addition to a high-quality kitchen, it is characterized by its attention to detail. We didn't have the heart to tear down Grandma Hilde's house. So we renovated the house for 1 year and got as much charm as possible. Enjoy your own hideaway with a large sun terrace, the old half-timbered but modern facilities. The house is at the narrowest point of Starkenburg, so that you can enjoy the distant view towards the Mosel river and the beautiful Ahringstal.
