Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! The fantastic location promises a lot of peace and quiet all year round, ski-in and ski-out in winter as well as in summer, hiking or bike tours right on your doorstep far away from the hustle and bustle and noise. This is how you can really enjoy your vacation in our cottage.

Relax, enjoy your enjoyment, be active and amazement! Concept vacation home with garden and seating on a sunny slope in relaxed surroundings with stunning views. The simplicity of the architecture invites to coziness, the imposing view from the huge window in the woods and mountain worlds conjures up relaxation. Trin is idyllic and quiet and yet extremely close to the ski/hiking/bike and climbing area on mountain lakes and world heritage (7 min to Flims, 10 min to Laax). The main town of Chur is a 15-minute drive.

Welcome to our cozy guest apartment where you can feel at home and relax during your stay in the mountains. The apartment comes with a private entrance, terrace, car park & semi-covered e-bike parking power outlets. Kind note: we have young children who play outside, so you may hear them sometimes when you sit on the terrace. The apartment is set up for 2 adults (bed: 160x200cm). Upon request, the bed sofa (130x195cm; same bedroom) accommodates a 3rd person (surcharge to include in booking)

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. An ensuite bedroom and a separate bedroom / living area. There is also a garden where you can request to use to BBQ and enjoy the sun. Parking is available in the nearby carpark.

The Bot Fiena Loft offers over 100 m² of modern living comfort amidst wonderful nature on a wooded southern slope. The stylish, loft-like smart home apartment impresses with noble, ecological materials, a fireplace and a spacious interior design. Relax in this unique mountain hut. A 2 1/2-room apartment that was completely renovated in 2020, with the interior design completely redesigned. Expanded as a loft with noblest materials (Valser granite, castle parquet, lots of old wood, freestanding tub, iron fireplace open on two sides, design fixtures). With a protected garden seating area and garden. A sunny, quiet location. Private entrance to the house, sauna in the annex. The ski bus can be reached in three minutes.

Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We are easy to reach with public transport (2 min to the next stop "Trin Dorf", 2 runs every hour till late). The house is held in the style of 1900 and furbished in a simple but charming way. If you do love nature and the outdoor sports, and if you appreciate authentic village life rather than the beaten track we are the right place for you. And if you fancy more attractions at some point we are only 10 min from Flims/Laax/Falera. You have plenty of options!

Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

Trin-Mulin is the perfect starting point for various leisure activities and tourist attractions in the Surselva region (including the Flims-Laax-Falera skiing, hiking and biking area as well as countless other offers for families and business enthusiasts), Viamala (including the Viamala Gorge, castles & palaces), Imboden (including Lake Cauma, Lake Cresta, Rhine Gorge). The cross-country ski trail is within a short walking distance.
