Entspanne dich in diesem einmaligen Rifugio. Im Jahre 2020 total sanierte 2 1/2- Zimmerwohnung, deren Interior Design komplett neu gestaltet wurde. Als Loft mit edelsten Materialien (Valser Granit, Schlossparkett, viel Altholz, freistehende Wanne, Eisenkamin auf zwei Seiten geöffnet, Designarmaturen) ausgebaut. Mit geschütztem Gartensitzplatz und Garten. Sonnige, ruhige Lage. Eigener Hauseingang, Sauna im Nebengebäude. Ski in, ski out oder Skibus in drei Minuten erreichbar.

Dating back to 1470, this wonderful chalet has so much charm and character. In 'Casa Felice' you will find quiet and calm. The apartment has all the modern amenities you wish for and breathtaking views of the Signina mountain range to enjoy. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining and a stone fireplace. We prepared our flat to offer you a romantic and unique stay in Flims.There is a Jacuzzi to relax yourself with bath salts after a long hike, or if you prefer you can walk 5 minutes to the 5 stars Alpine Spa. The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Wake up with a view of the mountains! TV / highspeed WLAN. Bathroom with bath/shower and large mirror cabinet.

This spacious apparent with balcony is located on the second floor of the B&B. It is ideal for 2-3 people. When booking for 4-5 people is another bedroom with a king size bed included in the price. The fire place in the living room brings cosiness to dull days. The fabulous roof terrace is also used from the 4 B&B rooms and also ourselves. You can also book a local breakfast (if the B&B is open).
