Apartment in Cabin in Boone, North Carolina. Seven miles to downtown and App State. Quiet neighborhood, easy hike to the Blue Ridge Parkway. Pet-friendly, fenced-in yard, privacy fence, and entire downstairs. However, if you'd like to use the kitchen/dining room area, that is on the main floor you are welcome to do so. BUT there is a small kitchenette with sink, fridge, freezer, coffee pot, large toaster icen/air fryer and microwave in your unit. Two bedrooms and a third bonus- like bedroom with a full size futon and twin futon in it and a cool star light

We're located 20 minutes from Boone and 15 to West Jefferson, and even closer to the Blue Ridge Parkway and New River activities like fishing and tubing.
