Come and enjoy the calm of the countryside in this fully renovated cottage between 2022 and 2023 located in Lagraulière. The town is ideally located at the crossroads of the economic centres: BRIVE (30 min), TULLE (20 min) and UZERCHE (15 min); and close to the A20 and A89 motorways, which can be reached in less than 15 minutes. All the main shops are also accessible in less than 15 minutes by car. In Lagraulière (3 mins): Bakery, Vival supermarket, post office In Saint-Mexant (10 min): Carrefour Contact, Pharmacy

The cottage sits in it's own grounds of just under 2 acres with a small forest to the rear and backs on to local apple orchards. There are two double bedrooms (both bedrooms have cooling fans for summer and heaters for winter) a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, hob, fridge, microwave etc an open plan diner and comfortable lounge. There is french and english satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and there is a covered terrace which faces south for outdoor dining.

For those who prefer a little more energetic pursuits cycling and walking are very popular as is canoeing along the Vezere river.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Small independent house in the middle of the meadows, in the heart of the Corrèze countryside, our gîte is located 5 km from Pompadour, the Cité du Cheval, its castle and the Haras National, close to many tourist sites (Vézère Valley, Aubazine, Padirac, Lascaux, etc.). It includes 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, accessible by a staircase, 1 double bed in an alcove on the ground floor.
