Bed linen and towels are not included in the rent but are available on site and can be rented for NOK 250 per set The cleaning is not included in the rent. We want to rent out our cozy southern house to orderly people. Panoramic views of the entrance to Arendal and Torungen lighthouse. Walking distance to "everything". Here you live very comfortably. The idea is to give you a hotel feeling, with ready-made beds, and soft towels will be ready in both bathrooms. You don't need to bring soap, shampoo, etc. And some basic goods will be available for free disposal. Everyone who rents with us is greeted with a nice welcome gift.

Large house with many bedrooms. The house is located close by the sea. It has garden and dock in front of the house. It is a beautiful place for swimming and fishing. Boat with outboard motor can be rented as well. The house is newly refurbished and has bright pleasant interior. New kitchen. Parking. Central location near the center of Arendal. 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 30 min by walk. If you want to visit Dyreparken Zoo in Kristiansand it takes 40 min by car.
