Living room on the 1st floor with projector that gives you a cinema feeling at home. The main bathroom on the 1st floor has both a hot tub and a large shower with steam and IR sauna. Here you will also find toys, board games and xbox 360 as well as exercise equipment. The attic living room has a day bed and can be used as a bedroom. The bedrooms have blinds. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental for stays longer than 5 days.

The house has good sun conditions and a large terrace with seating area and barbecue. The house is from 1970, but recently made light renovation in the bedrooms. One bedroom has a wardrobe and a 120 cm bed, while the other bedroom also has a wardrobe and a 150 cm bed. To minutters gange til ferjekaien, hvor den sjarmerende passasjerfergen "Kolbjørn" tar deg til/fra Arendal sentrum på få minutter flere ganger i timen. Fine bademuligheter i nærheten og kort vei til perler som Mærdø, Hove, Nidelva mm. Sjarmerende og skjermet terasse og hage med sol fra morgen til kveld. Perfekt for hygge på sene sommerkvelder.
