Rustic ocean lodge with sea-side sauna

Beautiful and rustic house by the sea in the countryside 1 hrs drive from the city of Tromsø. The area is great for hiking, skiing, fishing with the midnight sun in the summer and aurora borealis during winter. Included in your stay there is a woodfired sauna placed by the sea with a fireplace and a cosy indoor chill-zone with a charge of NOK 250,- per sac of firewood used to heat these facilities . To prepare and fill the hot tub for you to use during your stay, we charge a fee at NOK 2000,-

Apartment on top of island

60 sqm apartment with perfect location on the top of the island. One bedroom, and the option of a bed in the living room. Bed in bedroom 150cm. It is possible to set up a bed in the living room, single bed for one person. Located centrally and convenient for everything you would like to do in Tromsø. Parking at the apartment and public transport available nearby. I'm a new host, but the place has been rented by a previous owner via AirBnB - see the screenshots in the photo gallery.

Perfect apartment for larger groups and family

The apartment is a part of a semi detached house, and rooms up to 12 people. Perfect for family vacations and larger groups. Very spacious with own porch and a lovely view over Tromsø. The bus terminal is 1 km. away, and a small shuttle bus serves the area during peek hours. There is free parking with room for several cars. We recommend renting a car. The house is close to a flood-lit track for hiking enthusiasts. It has a sauna which guests are welcome to use.

Gamtunet - idyllic cabin - spectacular location

Gamtunet is a charming old log house with a top modern architectural extension including all commodities. The view is spectacular encompassing the Lyngen landscape from the view to the Ulsfjord to the alpine peaks of Trollvasstind, Sofiatind and the Jiehkkevárri massif. We still have lots of snow in the mountains so it looks like skiing will be good all through May at least.

Sabine’s Compact Cabin

In the quiet corner of campsite Lyngentourist you can have a peaceful stay for a night or more. View to the Lyngen Alps. Top spot for observing Northern Lights. Top spot for Arctic Swimming. Recommended for 1 or 2 people. Guests have at their disposal 15 sqm + sleeping loft (mezzanine). Portable WIFI Internett 4G can if necessary be delivered to the cabin.
