Cozy and modern apartment of 45m² with easy access to everything you need in your everyday life. It comes with its own parking space for the apartment, with the possibility of electric car charging (for a small fee, please contact us). The apartment has an excellent location on the 3rd floor and is experienced without intrusive views or noise. A dog usually lives with us, so dogs are welcome😊 There is only one double bed in the apartment, but we have a double air mattress available if needed, or a single mattress.

Stabburet ligger på Brøttem Gård i Klæbu, Trondheim Kommune. Beliggenheten er landlig (ved Selbusjøen og Brungmarka) og ypperlig med tanke på dagsturer i marka både til fots og på ski. Brygge er tilgjengelig ved Selbusjøen sommers tid. Herfra kan man padle i kajakk/kano eller ro seg en tur. Gården ligger nære Gjenvollhytta og Langmyra skianlegg om man vil gå på ski i oppkjørte løyper. Dagsturer til Kråkfjellet og Rensfjellet er mulig. Vassfjellet er 10 min unna og kun 30 min. til Trondheim :)
