There is a private entrance to the apartment. The landlord lives in his own part of the apartment building. The apartment consists of a room that is a combined living room and kitchen. In addition, the apartment has a hallway with sliding door wardrobe, bathroom with washing machine, dryer and new shower cabin, loft with sleeping alcoves and terrace outside the apartment. Walking distance to most places, but also good bus connections.

Small sprinkler staircase between the floors. We love our apartment, placed as it is in the middle of Trondheims old town. There is one private parking space in a locked garage which are available to you for free (value €40 a night). It is not available in November 2025. There is also a large private terrace with access from the living room available. The apartment is practical and well equipped with nice beds. Pls notice that this apartment is not a professionally rent out. We only rent to families, grown ups and business travelers.
