Welcome to the Moulin de la Plaine estate: a 3 ha enclosed and wooded park on the banks of the Loir with cottages and guest rooms, swimming pool, tennis, table tennis, petanque, bicycles... shared discreetly with our family. You will be charmed by this 55m2 old gatekeeper's house, renovated in 2025, located at the entrance to the estate. You will find a living room, dining room and kitchen, a shower room with toilet, two bedrooms upstairs, a garden with table and barbecue.

This accommodation has a lot of history since construction dates back the 13th century. After some work to bring it back to the new taste, you will have the opportunity to stay in a cozy and charming cocoon. On the ground floor you will find a small equipped kitchen, a living area with fireplace (non-functional), on the first floor a bedroom with sofa bed and open bathroom and on the second floor a second bedroom with a double bed and a desk.
