Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Troutman

This is actually the first place we’ve stayed in Charlotte that we would book with again. Cute and quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families or those visiting needing extra space. Back yard great for pets because it is enclosed and plenty of room for them to explore. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location and very private. Beautiful area on the lake. Would definitely stay there again. Hosts were very responsive and we had a wonderful time.

Felt right at home during our whole stay! Cute house in a lovely neighborhood with great gardens and nature trees. The blue Line is only a 15 minute walk from the house, very convenient. I would recommend Brian's place and would stay there again when visiting Charlotte.

Lisa was a very responsive host and we appreciate that the property is dog friendly! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessary items for our stay and the bathrooms were pristine. It's a new home, so everything is spotless and comfortable. The host lives on site, but we barely heard them while we were staying there.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. The photos represented the actual house very well. Everything in the house was neat and clean as well. Nikki was very responsive to any questions we had and worked to accommodate us as much as possible. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

Very convenient to the Whitewater Center, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I especially appreciated that the house wasn’t cluttered so there wasn’t much for my toddler to mess with.

A 5 star stay! Everything went so great, including arriving well after dark but the instructions were great and the motion lighting worked perfectly. The place is cute, clean and so comfortable. My wife especially raved about the linens, the towels and the washcloths - some of the fluffiest ever. Jodi is great, both with communication and setting up a unique space filled with her pottery. We only saw Jodi briefly, as we were very busy with family Easter activities. But she seems very friendly and helpful. We visit our grandkids in Charlotte often, and will definitely be back to stay with Jodi.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless and beautifully set up, making it feel like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a long day. It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, from the essentials to thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special. Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

The structure of the building makes getting the keys a bit of a journey in the beginning but after that the stay is amazing. From the comfort of the apartment itself to the great view from the upper deck. The host is extremely helpful and very responsive. If I knew it was this close a walk to the Bank of America stadium I would have came during football season.

We enjoyed our stay in Belmont. The cabin is close to our son and his family, so it was very convenient for us. The setting is beautiful. We wish we could have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings more, but we were busy with family all weekend. But the cabin is well appointed and very clean. Thank you!

I stayed at this cabin for 75 days! It felt like it’s my own home immediately. What a beautiful house, right on top of the mountain in a gated community. It’s completely fenced in so my pups could run around freely. The house it self has the perfect layout with huge windows letting in the sunset. I was worried it’s too lonely up there but it really doesn’t feel like it. It’s so peaceful I wish I could stay even longer. Gil, the Host, was extremely responsive and flexible with my booking date extensions. He always replied within a few minutes and was so helpful and friendly. I even had weekly cleaning from the property manager who is also an absolute sweetheart. I can’t recommend this house enough. Perfect for a weekend getaway or if you want to spend some time in nature.

This place was an unexpected surprise as to how nice it was. It was perfect for four women going to Merlefest. It was 9 miles away from the festival which was not a big deal for driving back and forth. It was also a welcome get away from the crowds as it is on a mountain with a great view and is pretty remote but not remote enough to be a driving burden. It was exquistely clean. Darren was available within minutes for any questions. The deck was perfect for coffee drinking and visiting in the mornings before facing the crowds. All in all, a great place to stay. The only disadvantage is that the road is kind of rough going up and there are many ruts to avoid. I assume that the neighbors, etal , HOA or whomever will grade the road in the near future.. I know it is hard to maintain a gravel road as we have a lakehouse on a grave road... so I think it will probably be improved soon...

This is our second time staying at Banjo’s Cabin. We loved our stay. The hosts are very kind and understanding. We loved our stay how homey and peaceful it is here and would definitely recommend Banjos cabin to anyone looking for some peace& quite away from everything. It’s nice to sit out and listen to the creek in the morning drinking coffee. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for sharing your home!

The cabin is amazing! The view of the mountains from the back deck alone was priceless. Inside was cozy and well-maintained. Our kids (18, 13 & 5) all had a blast playing ping pong, darts, walking the trails, and throwing paper airplanes off the back deck/balcony. The restaurants in the area are not very good we discovered, but throwing steaks and chicken on the provided grill turned out to be an even better option! We're already talking about coming back sometime in the Summer/Fall.

Perfect place for a weekend getaway. The house was perfect and the view could not be beat. We had a wonderful time on the kayaks and would definitely book again!

Beautiful and relaxing little cabin by a pond. Great for excursions to hiking spots in the region. Joey was very helpful and responsive. Be aware that there is no stove/oven, but there is a microwave and gas grill. We really enjoyed using the grill, which is on a patio overlooking the pond!
