This typical Burgundy stone building, completely renovated in 2024 and located in the heart of Chablis, offers absolute tranquillity. With an area of 80 m2, it is spacious, warm and comfortable, and benefits from a charming outdoor space. This house is ideal in any season, with a pellet stove in winter and natural air conditioning in summer, both for recharging your batteries and for visiting Chablis. The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!
