Atypical 80 m2 house with garden and terrace, in a nice village and a quiet one-way street. The house is close to shops (grocery store, bakery, bar, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser). Parking for 2 cars on the property. 40 min train ride from Gare du Nord, "Rieux – Angicourt" stop. The house is a 5-minute walk away. Beautiful walks in the countryside and surrounding forests, hiking and mountain biking. We live in the second independent house at the back of the property.

The building, renovated by us, has character, combining rusticity by its auge, its beams of the forest of Retz and its size stones of Bonneuil-en-Valois, modernity by the combination of glass and industrial steel.
