This is a cabin for those who don't want to stay in a cottage village. The cabin has a long sunset all year. On Golsfjellet you'll find a web of trails and dirt roads that take you across one of the country's best mountain biking areas. Child-friendly quiet area at Tunnel Iron 950 m above sea level. In Tunnel Iron it is possible to fish and swim. Here you can also borrow a free boat and canoe. 100 m from the cottage is Golsfjellet's fantastic cross-country ski network (200 km) Short distance to alpine resorts in Gol and Hemsedal.

At the top of Gol center you will find Skagahöjdi apartments, overlooking Golsfjellet. Enjoy good views in nice surroundings. Two double beds and 1 bunk bed available + baby travel cot. Ski-in/ski-out in winter on both alpine and cross country tracks. Hemsedal, Ål, Bjørneparken and Langedrag Nature Park are a short drive away. Garbage must be disposed of on the way down in our own pails.

The cabin is located at 930 mt.alt. on the sunny side of Golsfjellet Vest, on the area's perhaps the finest view plot. Here you have orchestra place to Hemsedalsfjella from Hydnefossen and Storehorn to Skogshorn. The cabin has been recently renovated and has a new kitchen with all facilities, running water, bathroom, sauna, two toilets, large living room, wood burning stove, open fireplace and 5 bedrooms. The location is an ideal starting point for hiking. There are fishing and swimming opportunities in Lauvsjø and the Tisleief fjord.
