Rustic cottage overlooking a typical Sienese farmyard. It is on the ground floor and consists of a kitchen-living room, a bathroom and a bedroom overlooking the green Tuscan hills. It has a large garden and swimming pool. The Cottage is for exclusive use. The area is very quiet and ideal for relaxing vacations. We are in the middle of two significant cities, such as Siena and Florence, but if you want to discover typical villages, a few km away are San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni.

Our house is located in the countryside of the municipality of Chiusdino, just 5 minutes from the two main towns of Monticiano and Chiusdino and 10 minutes from the beautiful Abbey of Galgano. 30 minutes from Siena, from Monteriggioni, an hour from Florence and 30/40 minutes from the sea. The Cottage of Villa Sveva, wonderful sea view

This delightful cottage is located on Monte Argentario, in the heart of a large park shaded by centuries-old olive trees and numerous Mediterranean plants, arranged on terraces sloping along the ridge. The view is breathtaking: a very blue sea dotted with the islands of the Tuscan archipelago: Elba, Giglio, Montecristo and Corsica. The delightful little house is well organized and decorated with the characteristic Vietri tiles and Tuscan terracotta.

Eco Escape in Tuscan hills - Design, Nature, Peace

New independent eco-house in rural setting, away from the crowds between Florence and Siena. This is an annex building on a family run olive farm surrounded by unspoilt Tuscan countryside. I tre mari is the ideal accommodation for a couple of lovers looking for peace and tranquility. Located in the heart of Monte Argentario with a beautiful view of the sea, it can be a starting point for many hiking trails or to reach all the coves of Argentario. Just 2 km from the sea, the road to get there is winding and partly unpaved. It's not a place for everyone!
