2 Nights of Dreams! We were greeted by Niccolò, perfect in everything, he gave us many tips on both places to see and where to go to eat, we followed them all and we stayed with God! The very nice cottage, has everything you need even for longer stays, the view is wonderful ,and the hot tub is a treat , both day and night . They welcomed us with a bottle of sparkling wine and red petals, which was not at all obvious, everything was perfect , thank you very much Natasha and Niccolò 😊

The atmosphere of Casale Acquaviva is really special, among kittens, quiet and pool...we had a great time :)

We had a wonderful time at Vittoria‘s cottage and enjoyed our vacation a lot. The house with the garden + barbecue area and the pool are really great. Also the area around it is just so nice! The house is well equipped, although it could have been a little bit cleaner upon our arrival. Vittoria, Paola and Antonio were available the whole time and took great care of everything. Thank you again - we would definitely recommend this place!

The four of us with a dog were able to spend very nice days in this cozy house with the wonderful garden. Paolo and Lidia are very nice and accommodating hosts. We got a lot of good information about the garden and the surrounding area. Thanks again for that. There is a lot to discover in the area (beaches, lake, beautiful villages...). But we also spent very nice hours in the garden and at the pretty pool. Very relaxing!

We had wonderful days in Zanca. The location and views are unique. The apartment is lovingly furnished and equipped. The sea view terrace invites you to relax and is nestled in a carefully maintained Mediterranean garden. Hikes are possible right from the front door and also St. Andrea is a really charming place. We will be happy to come back and highly recommend a stay with Maria Luisa and her husband.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this vacation home! The property is cozy, clean and cared for in every detail, perfect for relaxing and enjoying a few days of tranquility. The exterior was a real surprise: very well cared for and cozy, with comfortable loungers ideal and for sunbathing and a fantastic outdoor shower, very comfortable when returning from the sea. We also really appreciated the bikes provided, perfect for exploring the surroundings freely. The owners were very kind and always available , not intrusive!Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

The house is very clean and simple but conveniently furnished. The access leads the last kilometer over a natural road, which is also easily accessible without an SUV. To mention is the absolute tranquility and the many forest paths, which can be used perfectly for jogging, hiking or mountain biking. The highlight, however, is the pool, which was exclusively available to us. The sea and various beaches (sand or stone) can be reached in about 15 minutes by car. Margeritha is always available if there are any issues or questions and helps quickly and unbureaucratically. (Broken washing machine was replaced within a few hours) All in all, an absolutely positive experience

Federico, Clara's son welcomed us warmly and explained everything to us very well,he was always available by phone and was always available for questions. He speaks very good English, communication was very straightforward. We felt very comfortable from the beginning, the Tuscan country house is very idyllic and in absolute privacy. The nearest small town (Chiusdino) can be reached in about 5 minutes by car, where there is typical Italian flair without tourist crowds - just great, with exceptional views over the entire area and many small alleys with that special something. We arrived with 2 children and 3 dogs, the large property is completely fenced and a little paradise for everyone. Particularly beautiful is the exceptionally large pool, which was cleaned every 3 days after prior registration. We had a wonderful vacation and would be happy to come back:) We recommend the accommodation for nature lovers+peace seekers

Nice, clean apartment at quiet, beautiful location. Close to what Tuscany can offer by short car ride.

We spent two and a half wonderful weeks in this holiday home. Both Andrea from Be Home Services and in particular the owners Nara and Nino welcomed us warmly and were always available for questions and very helpful. We liked the secluded location of the house very much - you have a stunning panoramic view and it is largely very quiet despite the neighbors. It should be known that the nearby Villa Ulignano is used as a wedding location. On two weekends, there was live music until the early hours of the morning, which was clearly audible, but did not bother us excessively. It is worth mentioning that the lower floor shown on the exterior shots of the house cannot be used, but serves as a storage room for the owners. The drive to the house is - as already described here - quite adventurous and leads a few kilometers over unpaved, partly steep paths. If you drive slowly, this is easy to cope with.

We enjoyed our 6 nights at Stefania’s house. The house is centrally located and it’s equipped with everything you need. The house is clean and Stefania is very welcoming. Highly recommended

We really enjoyed a peaceful week in a beautiful little house in the middle of an olive grove. Alessandro was an excellent host, always very responsive and helpful with suggestions and recommendations and even waited patiently for us when we were delayed (and it was his birthday!). If you want peace, quiet and privacy then this place is for you! Tatti is just up the hill and is well worth a visit - beautiful!

Our stay with giovanna was lovely, and the room, although rather small, had all we needed! Not having a kitchen is not ideal, but it’s a lovely getaway with a gorgeous view of the sea. Giovanna and Pierluigi were incredibly lovely hosts, who were super helpful and nice to us. Would recommend!

What a special place. Comfortable, quiet, decorated with style and love. The outdoor spaces include a pizza oven which we enjoyed, and a large covered table, where we spent a lot of time drawing, drinking wine and eating our meals from the hosts’ beautiful and plentiful dishes. Allesandra and Fabio were close by, but the cottage always felt private. They addressed a small issue with the stove immediately, gave excellent recommendations about the area, and were flexible with our arrival and departure times. They were welcoming, both to us and friends that came by for a visit, and by the end of our stay they felt more like friends than hosts. There are beaches within walking distance, and the nearby town is charming.. fishing boats, restaurants, cafes, and excellent fish markets. We would have loved to stay longer:)
