Solo per amanti della natura. L'antica fattoria Pieve di Caminino, biologica, è un importante sito storico: ex pieve medievale sorta all'incrocio di due strade romane, ospitò due santi (la chiesa del XII secolo è oggi un museo privato, visitabile dagli ospiti, su appuntamento). Oggi copre 200 ettari di proprietà privata recintata, posta su una collina panoramica. Sette alloggi condividono una tenuta con piscina (stagionale), due laghetti, un uliveto centenario, vigneto e una foresta di sughere.

Stepping inside, the villa feels sophisticated while maintaining its rustic charm and provides a delightful place to relax.

Podere La Castellina - No. 1 COTTAGE

Independent stone and brick cottage inside the "Podere la Castellina" (former 13th century convent), in the magnificent natural park of Montagnola Senese. The cottage can comfortably accommodate 5 people and includes: - large living room with TV and fireplace - kitchen with oven - master bedroom - bedroom with three single beds - bathroom with shower Guests have access to a panoramic swimming pool, solarium and terrace with breathtaking views, equipped with a wood-burning oven and barbecue.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

Casa Namaste is a small stone cottage with well-kept interiors 1 km from the medieval village of Montescudaio. The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. In the 5000 square meter garden there is a natural spring with a large stone tub to cool off and an outdoor hot shower surrounded by greenery. We have a Vodafone adsl line with download 33 and upload 1.4. Smart TV and air conditioning are also available starting this spring

Boutique house with pool reserved for 2 guests

Casina Boutique is the only property on the estate dedicated to hospitality, and from May to September the only couple of guests is reserved the splendid swimming pool set in an ancient stone basin: an almost unique and unparalleled privilege! Casina Boutique is a typical Tuscan independent building, with terracotta floors and a beamed ceiling, part of the ancient Canonica di Trecciano. Absolute privacy and a beautiful garden, just 15 km from Siena in the quiet of the Montagnola Senese.

The villa built entirely of stone gives our guests a relaxing stay in complete privacy but also pleasant excursions in the surroundings and the sea. The pool water is heated IMPORTANT: it is heated in the mid-season periods 28° (May-June) (September-November) IMPORTANT: We are immersed in nature and in the woods so there are flying insects!
