L'alloggio è uno spazio aperto di circa 80 mq dove è presente una cucina molto spaziosa, un bagno, zona notte con tv e camino; si affaccia su una spaziosa veranda sfruttabile come zona pranzo e zona relax. A disposizione degli ospiti giardino e piscina, entrambi ad uso esclusivo, nella proprietà non ci sono altri ospiti.

La Faccendina è dotata di un'ampia e luminosa camera matrimoniale, di uno spazioso bagno con doccia walk-in e al piano mansardato di una zona open space vista mare con cucina, zona pranzo ed un comodo divano che si può trasformare facilmente in letto matrimoniale. La casa è a 50 metri dal mare, dalla stazione e dalla pineta e molto vicina a tutti i servizi.

It has a fully equipped kitchenette, spacious bathroom with shower and a double bed. The accomodation can comfortably host 2 people. In the garden below it is available to our guests and their furry friends an exclusive outdoor dining area with picnic table.

Il Frantoio - Charming Loft in the old town

This elegant and spacious Loft “Il Frantoio”, with a living area of 160 m², is located in the old town of the medieval village Radicondoli. The open space kitchen and livingroom area is designed to give a high comfort and reminds us the ancient function of this bluilding that was the oil mill of the comunity. The Loft was recently completly restored with a high focus on comfort and best quality materials.

Casa Oliva - the Loft

Casa Oliva was born in the summer of 2021 from the renovation of the apartment on the first floor of a large family house - mine! - which was divided into 2. This is the smallest apartment and is designed as a single airy environment. It is located in a privileged position: just outside the confusion of the worldly Marina di Campo, surrounded by greenery but a 5-minute walk from the sea and the center.
