Ground floor is a single space with a big living room (with fireplace) and a spacious open kitchen. First floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms: the main bedroom (looking at Orvieto) with a double bed and internal bathroom and a second one with a double bed and a bed sofa. My place is in the old town. It is only 10 km from Terme of Sorano, while 20 km from Bolsena Lake and Saturnia (spa). You'll love my place because it's bright, panoramic, clean, and welcoming. Suitable for couples, sole adventurers, families (with kids) and furry friends (pets). NB: if the reservation is for two people it means only one bed, for an extra bed it is necessary to book for at least for 3 people.
