One well behaved dog allowed, downstairs only. The property benefits from private front & rear entrance with off street parking for 2 cars

The Bothy West Sunnyside House is a light airy space situated at the rear of our 18th century former farmhouse. The converted farm buildings have been tastefully decorated throughout and offer the perfect place to relax and unwind. The kitchen & bathroom are situated on the ground floor , while the bedrooms, WC and living room are on the first floor (reached via a flight of stairs). Parking is private off road and guest also have the use of a private patio area, rattan furniture and hot tub.

Situated in Spittal, this cosy, stone built cottage is perfectly placed to get easy access to both the town centre with historic Elizabethan walls, bars, restaurants and art galleries (30 min walk or short bus ride) and the beach (only a few minutes walk) or exploring Northumberland, the Cheviots, Holy Island and Scottish Border villages.

42 Marygate has been converted from redundant commercial space. Centrally located, with access from the high street, this is an ideal location in the centre of historic Berwick. Only a few minutes walk away from the railway station, this makes it accessible via train and also an ideal base to explore Northumberland and Edinburgh. On entrance you can make yourself at home in the large open plan living area with a wood burning stove for cosy nights all year round.
