The hut is a truly romantic place to get away from the rigours of the world, escape and be close to nature, enjoy campfires, fantastic sunsets, visits from red squirrels and amazing starlit nights. Our 1 bedroom Cottage Annex on our family farm overlooking the North Sea and Firth of Forth, is perfect for that quiet getaway. Pets are allowed. We are within minutes of the beautiful coastline and are just 50 minutes south of Edinburgh city. With separate bedroom, ensuite shower room and lounge/diner, this Annex has a small fridge, an inverter microwave oven, a 2 ring hob and a 32" TV. Wifi is available. Locally, we have great food and world class diving, surfing, golf, cycle paths and walks.

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
