This amazing family home is located on the beautiful estate 'Heerlijkheid De Eese'. A vast nature reserve on the border of Drenthe, Friesland and Overijssel. The villa is cozy, full of comforts and stylishly furnished. There is an extensive luxury kitchen, several lovely sofas in the living room and 4 bedrooms with good beds. The garden is huge, has two terraces and there is an outdoor shower. A unique house in one of the most beautiful locations in the Netherlands!

The listed house, which is located in the middle of Nordhorn, has been renovated and furnished in the country house style. An open-plan living & dining area with an equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower/toilet, a bedroom with a double bed and a duplex room awaits you on a 60m², which can be reached via a steep staircase. Once at the top there are 2 more single beds. In the bathroom there is a washing machine and a hair dryer. Wifi & parking is provided.

From our house you can walk and bike directly along old paths or visit for example Het Drents Museum, Zippa Fun-jungle, Museumdorp Orvelte or do the Drentse Brocanteroute. At 600 m is an 18-hole golf course and Grand Café Martensplek with a fine kitchen.
